Wales Bonner offers a 14-day return period for all full-priced items provided they are returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached. Please note that archival pieces and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return form provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Attach the pre-paid DHL shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Drop your package at a local DHL service point or schedule a complimentary courier collection through the link provided in your return confirmation email.
